Default SCORE!!! Frog Buggy Future Frog Scorcher!

Ok here is the first look at the Frog I just won on ebay..
My plan is to convert it into a Frog Scorcher VW Buggy..
If anyone recognises the body on here or how I might be able to "Redo" a lexan body let me know..
Thanks!

"You might rabbit you might" Irish cop fromthe old Bugs Buny Cartoon....

I am probably going to give it a good once over when it arrives, then go from there.. I am definatly thinking full bearings, better steering links, possibly front oil shocks if I can find a full kit...
So many ideas for this little bugger...
I do however like the Chenoweth body..

Ok so I did some preliminary fitting, and it looks like I am going to have to figure out some sort of custom made shock towers for the front, and eliminate the "spring" bars that constitute the front suspension...
With them in place and their mounting system I would have to trim up the nose on the Monster beetle body...
Also found out that this is a factory paint job on the body (the lexan one)
The front tires are old Rough Rider tires (keeping those on there!)
And the rears are old Holiday buggy Tires and rims...While interesting I am probably going to eliminate them and put them into storage or sell/trade them.

Maybe this front setup will work? I think it is CRP parts.
