There is a thread on another site that shows you can do the same thing with the actual parts you get from the Axial kit. No need for the Hands Bros kit. Too much money for the kit IMO.

A panhard bar may fix that issue. When I had mine set up, it was tight.

A 4 link and chassis mounted steering is not going to work to well unfortunately. 3 link with pan hard works best for cms. You should mess with that kit some more. I haven't seen to many setups where you just cant make it work.

EDIT: looks like a Honcho? I think they might have a different kit for that truck than normal. Talk to the hand bros over on ORCRC they run that setup on their comp truck and it works great

Yea they released the honcho kit 2 weeks ago so it's the right kit.
I can make it work with the panhard rod etc, but it's so height dependant, everytime you tweak the suspension you need to redo the rod lengths.
You do get a little bump steer as the axle is now locked so rather than it moving side to side as with the panhard rod the steering is moved slightly. It wasn't really noticable when playing last night though. I may revert back at some point.
All working now and seems fine, the steering arm IS still height sensitive but that can be tweaked out with the steering trim, but I will be swapping that out for a rod with a nut in the middle so it can be tweaked on the fly.
Out sunday for a good play so will know for sure if it's all ok then.

Default Non-official meeting @ addlestone 21st Feb

Hi All,

I've build my new Honco and Rikk has nearly finished modding his

So, Rikk and I are meeting on Sunday at Addlestone Moor - we're newbies and need a fix before the official GTG next weekend

Anyway, we'll be there between 9 and 12 if you fancy it..

Ahh don't worry about it, i think i'll just miss this one. If my mum dropped me she would usually find something to do for a few hours and then come back and pick me up, so it only works out a 3 hour journey.
I'll see, appreciate the offer though.

And im still unsure wether to sell the CC01 as i now have to pay for my PC to get fixed. I did email him but have not recieved a reply yet.
