That Diaz has a lot to answer for!!

Its a real shame this has happened, i was really enjoying this build Hope you get motivated again soon, and in the mean time i'll just keep posting pictures of cool Sammy's to this thread! I'll annoy you into finishing it

Well everything about this build has not went well, when I purchased the Losi parts from ebay, I was sent Axial parts by mistake! Got that sorted out. Then when I ordered the styrene from Tower, they sent me some one else's order which was Airplane parts, got that sorted out! Then I decided to dump the L-Trail chassis in favor of the Diaz chassis, The chassis rails came on time! Then when I ordered the rest of the chassis parts from Diaz, well, if you look through the threads here, you can figure the rest out!! I have a broken finger, so fabbing parts is really out of the question at the moment! I have already re-broken my finger a couple of times just cutting the thick styrene with my exacto knife!! Anyways, I was really excited about this build and it was keeping my mind off of other pressing issues in this world, and if you live in the States you'd understand, I'm self employed and work has slowed to a trickle, I'm in the middle of a Custody battle trying to get my Daughter because her mother really screwed up and all of her children were put in State custody because she has Drug issues and refused to tell the truth about who the fathers of her children were so she could receive welfare and child support at the same time! Life just sucks right now and I am reaching my breaking point I think!! Enough of my ranting, time to Cowboy Up and deal with it! Another court hearing in 4 hrs, so I better get my but in gear and get ready to go!!

Court should work out if the Judge is a Conservative and not a Liberal! If the Judge is a Liberal, I'm screwed because I actually work for a living! I don't stand in line with my hand out expecting that I am untitled to anything, and expecting everyone else to pay my way through life!!

You should take the Sami to the court case, and just sit there building on it in the courtroom. Is there a law against building a scaler during proceedings?

Sorry to hear about the crap, and sorry to hear about the status of this truck.... Hopefully it wont be in the box for TOO long

alright, ill look into that...but i did just throw out a damn kids RC that had an interior already in it. I saved the race seats and dash...i should aved the interior by cutting it out before throwing the JEep out. argghh

Ian, my friend, your going to make me cry!! She's now been relegated to the place where all unfinished and neglected R/C's go in my work room!! The bone yard!! The kids and I had a quite service for her and laid her in gently, then we played taps and went outside and gave her a six gun salute!! Mothballed for the moment! To think of all the things her and I could have done together, dancing in the Moon lit sky, avoiding crevasses, breaking axles together while snapping drive shafts!! Oh God, what could have been! On a happier note, one small victory in court today!! Still have to wait until the 15th of April for the trial though!!
