Hey can you have this mobile by next weekend we have a comp at copley park. I would not really suggest you run this in the comp but it is a sweet spot for some photo ops.

You can flare the Fj the flares are made for the "LEXAN" bodies bone head.

It may be drivable by next weekend. I'll try and come out there, it's not too far away. I have to build a vehicle to comp with so I can fill the last place position. After this is done I hope.

I made the wheel wells tonight, they aren't pretty. There won't be much to see anyway with the fender flares on the outside.


The rear windows will be tinted to obstruct the view of this mess. Plus there will be seats partially covering it. It looks like I tubbed it out, but I had to hide the shock mounts somehow.

well if you can get it down here I will talk to stu and see if he will bring out his land cruiser and I will bring mine. We can do a little FJ cruise.


suggestion on the shock towers cut them suckers off. Then inboard the shocks. it will look allot better and performance wont be hurt. the tubs look well not epic.

the tubs do look a bit out of place, but they will be inside and mostly covered, so i think function over rides form in this case and you should just smooth them out and leave them be.

sure they're not exact, but as detailed as that body is, i doubt anyone's gonna look inside and say ''OMG what a piece of craap look at those wheeltubs''. im bettin they arent even gonna notice them in there.

Don't worry about the tubs. A sleeping bag will cover them up
