Chopped the windshield down, added the top cross piece then started to rough out the interior.

Also started the ragtop. I kept stretching an old rag over the frame until I got the profile I wanted. Will prob look at using some stretch fabric in the end.

nice :) as ever

can you try to make the roof "convertible"? so you can open it in sunny days and close it when raining LOL

I was thinking about that, then realized that making it convertible by simply removing the roof on sunny days was going to be a simpler way!

Update-got servo installed as well as some wheel wheels. Made them out of sheet metal to match the pan chassis.

went back to the interior-still roughing it out-the seams need to be sanded and filled but here's the idea.

I know this is much later in the discussion but I like the matching wheels better... more than the slicks. to me they seems a little out of proportionate.

This is an awesome build, thank you for sharing with us!

No worries-I am going to keep them on there for now-just because I am on to other parts of the build. I can always change back later if need be. Appreciate the comments and the feedback big time-

I think this is on my top 5 build on this site right now, keep up the superb work:excited:

BTW, is that a TA02 tranny you are using?

OH, before I forget, if you come by 4 spare of the skinny tires somewhere, I really want to know:nice:

Cool-thanks! The tires are from a 1/8th scale model kit by Monogram, "The Big T". Folks sell parts every now and then on eBay.
