Don't really see there is much question about the wheel mount. It's a part on the truck specifically made for the purpose of holding a spare......

If it wasn't there the Spare Wheel would fall off, therefore it's a spare wheel holder.
1 Scale Point.

I think the rules changed with the last print out - though I could be wrong. When we first joined the score sheet said " spare tire mount attached to rear bumper" or something like that. The standard holder did not get us the point back then which is why we bought metal rear bumpers with the swing out tyre mount! Just saying - no need to jump on me :-)

Question Stingers

Hello chaps
Can I ask for another clarification please? When does a grill guard become a stinger? Is it defined by length, angle, construction or some other criteria?

Default Stingers again

Does that mean the Dingo kit front bumper would get a point as a stinger?

small bars that go across the middle of bumper are grill guards/ light bars dingo, etc
stings reach above the top of the bonnet in an apex, designed to stop the radiator being crush or damaged during a roll.

both are same points 1

Plastic Bumper with Grill Guard

Bumper with Stinger

A Stinger is good if you keep rolling over forwards because it sticks out at a nice angle.

Example preventing this jeep from tipping over
