Hi all.
Good to meet you all the other week.
Hope you all had a good time and discovered the potential of the site.
I think the track is availible on Sunday 27th if you would like to use it.
All the gate markers that Rikk made have been saved so you could lay out what ever type of sections you like. I could probably find some time closer to the day to build a couple of sections.
Please get in touch if you would like to use it so we don't take other bookings.
Chris

Me and Jay will sort this one out as poor chris worked his fingers to the bone on the last one.
It won't be as all encompassing as the last one as neither of us has a huge amount of time at the moment due to work and also we're not exaclt nimble on out feet
So, the aim would be to have two courses setup, these would have 8-10 gated sections more like a standard comp where the idea is to get through the gates without hitting them.
Rules will be based on the standard scale ones just simplified, ie no scale points for now, 1 free reverse per gate, use the inwch as much as you want. I'll post up the general rules later, working away at the moment so can't do much till I get in the hotel later.
We would intend to run one course at a time so people can watch and hopefully learn as well.
So the day would be, arrive 10-10.30 play till 11.30, then 1st course till 1300, hour to chill and eat then second course 1400-1500, then after that play till 1700.

Chris was good enough to do the first session free, but we need to pay our way for the site and also to add stuff to it for ourselves. Not surprisingly the last comp didn't come free, as chris put a LOT of time into it and with course supplies, printing, laminations and other stuff I'd put about 150 into it.
So any days there will be 5 a head, I'm sure everyone will agree that for a great site, parking, loos, tea/coffee etc for a day it's pretty unbeatable.
As time, money and the energy permit we'll be adding to and improving various areas, so any suggestions of what you'd like to see yell away.
Once things get rolling, we'll also try and have specific build days this is where everyone can put a bit back in.

Lots to soak up, so have a read, and let us (me, chris, jay) know what you think.

............Rikk
