Default Got me a Sand Scorcher - FINISHED PICS 4/30/10

Didnt want to pay the big bucks for a NIB, so I got this one.

Chassis is already assembled and complete, but I will tear it down, clean it, full bearings, CRP coilovers, chassis plate, and SS screw kit
Original unpainted body with all the extra pieces (both wipers, both door handles, full exhaust, both mirrors, both front indicators, both headlights with lenses, driver figure, window, every original part)
Original Acoms 2 channel transmitter, receiver, both servos, and box!
Original decal sheets, not repros!
Original box (no inserts though)
Radio box has no cracks or holes (9 out of 10) and all cam locks.

I picked it up yesterday at the post office, and it is just as described by the seller. This never was my favorite Tamiya, but after seeing one in real life, I can see what all the fuss is about. It is very cool. The only thing I dont like are the torsion bars, way too stiff, but the coilovers will fix that. I'll post more pics when I get my camera back.

Well you have made your way to the top of the list. What is that list? Why it is the most despised members because they found a sweet deal on a SS list!

Just kidding. I got a sweet deal on an f150 years ago and I truly enjoyed that truck. I just wish I never got rid of it.

Yes, that video is evil It will push you over the fence on the internal debate of "do I want a Sand Scorcher or Not"

The guys on Tamiyaclub seem to unanimously regard the SS box art the hardest to mask right.

Good luck!.
