Hey Peeps,

The names Andy, I'm 22 living in Weybridge however I'm just about to start my final year at Uni down in Portsmouth. I have always been into RC but lost some interest when my brothers moved out (used to race on road), so moved to more towards off roading. Would love to come one of the your meets. If its alright. I would definately would like to come and have a look on the Addlestone comp on the 31st as it is right on the door step.

Currently own: Tamiya Hilux, Modified Wild Dagger with a Ford Bronco body, CC01 D90 (Grey), and custom chassis mainly made of 3D printed parts D90 (Orange).

All of them need major work still, also the 2.2 on the Hilux are on there as I currently can't afford another 1.9 set :P

I used to work in a hobby shop (Time Tunnel Models) which is where it all started for me. I am more interested now in the detailing of my cars so a lot of my road cars are "shelf queens" which I have invested too much time and money to warrant crashing them into a curb!

I have only got the one CC01 at the moment but I'm desperately searching for another - I've contemplated buying the parts individually from eBay!

The theme for one of my builds is a post-apocalypse zombie truck, so some scale rifles /weapons would really help me out, any ideas?
Hi Chris
My name is George I also am from Stevenage and into scale crawlers, perhaps we meet? And chat about our cars ect.

Hi there, I'm very new to scaling, though I have watched a ton of videos and have plenty of experience with engineering small things

Just yesterday I took delivery of a second hand CC01, and have already stripped it apart to make some significant changes ... it's not the best platform by a long shot, but I'll make it the best it can be - thats part of the fun for me!

I'm hoping to pop along to the Feb LSTR meet, just to see how it works, and hope to be able to enter properly in March

Hi Stu. You always welcome to pop to any of the meetings held. Can you please have a look through the rules for both meetings and also the classes for the trucks so you have an idea. Thanks
