On a serious note if i'm allowed to organise the Next comp i'm planning a couple of changes to the way we score it.

To try and make it abit more even across the board for those without a Honcho and Deep Pockets! and To encourage All new comers.

I'm going to try and type this without sounding Biased or Bitter so work with me on this one. and Harp in Good or Bad

Undecided amounts but you get the idea.

Right for the Offset if you use a Hardbody thats a Minus
If you run a Fully Leafed Rig thats also a Minus
Driver and an Interior also get you a Minus.
Scale bits Maximum of 5 again Minus.
Lights another Minus

Running a Winch You get a Plus (but you can use it as much as you like no penaltys)
Reverse 1 Free then its a plus to a Maximum of 10
Hit a Gate Same a Plus
Rollover thats a Plus winch it back no penalty Pick it up thats another plus
Dnf a stage thats a Plus (but all stage penalty's aren't added as well)



thats about all i've come up with so far dont want to go mad.

The way i'm thinking and i'm as guilty as sin.

I'd like to encourage Scale Looking Trucks and also the Courses would reflect this Fact.

To be honest mate, if you are going to run the comp , and set all up and post all the details like Rikk and my self did , you can do what you want , so as every month someone else runs a comp they can change or add as much as they like,


That way it keeps it fresh and makes you work and think harder.

They all sound fair enuff, as long as the plusses and minus's stand a chance of balancing out overall ( not xtreme, know what I mean.)

and that could/would be a good case for running in pairs as it would prob' balance out even more thru-out the field????

At the end of the day a Lexan Body Linked Machine is going to 9 times out of 10 beat a Leafed Hardbodied rig so have a Few Points headstart will hopefully get it down to driver skill.

That way the good guys with the good trucks aren't necessarily going to win all the time. Or at least there going to have to try abit harder.

I was thinking the Following

Hardbody-10
Driver and Interior -10
Leafsprung -10
Lights front and Rear -3
Working Winch +10
Scale Acessories -1 Maximumof 5

So as an example of the top of my head.
