Code of Conduct has a mistake 4th line down.

quote:-
Each course is to be driven once per class, per day, per driver.

Unless you have all 3 classes of truck then you drive each course 3 times. Or Two trucks Twice?

Who's idea is all this codswallop???

Great idea, as I've only been to two events now and I found the explanation on the back not the easiest to decipher. As my truck is exactly the same as the last event, it would have been very helpful!

frankly if people can't be bothered to work out their own score cards and scale points to help the organizers on the day, they just don't get them get them.

I'm not in favor of a static list as vehicles change from event to event, bits fall off and are left behind on the day, if people don't want to have scale points deducted from their scores that is entirely the responsibility of the person and not the responsibility of the organizers.

post a downloadable copy of the scale point document so people can prepare is fine.

time to man up if you want the points work them out

Don't worry about sorting the scale points for my score as I'm really Not Bothers about the score its just the enjoyment that counts.

my comments are not to stop anyone using scale points and attaining a final score for the championship, my reasons are simple:

As a competitor and sometimes CoC I want to know the results on the day, when we finish, before we leave the site. why?
because we can all assist in compiling the results, the more you do it the easier it is to understand
I want to know the results, personal reason.

I do not believe it is reasonable to ask someone to troll though records because you can't remember your scale points, particularly if you are a regular competitor and you are holding the truck in one hand when you ask.

I do however believe that the points can be difficult to interpret and for a new truck or driver help may be needed, I hope we are a friendly group and I have never heard of this request being refused, please remember to ask before you leave the site.
