I'll probably be in Addlestone sometime around christmas as that's where my family are from. I'll have to try and come along and say hello and ask lots of newbie questions!

It's not a Question of HO HO Bah Humbug from me.

We get this specific forum space for our LSTR Club for free, Scale 4x4 didn't have to do that.
We all as members have to comply with the Rules of this Board.

Dont get me wrong I'd love a 'Buy Sale Trade Area' in our club section but it's not going to happen.

There's nothing stopping members bringing bits and pieces along to club meets in fact i'd welcome that with open arms.

neil.

Subtle changes:-
There arent many

•You must run a rail chassis (for example: Bruiser/Mountaineer, SCX-10, Reign RC K2-3S, 3L, 4, 5, MFM, X-Trail, CR-01, UTE, etc...). No TVP (twin vertical plate) chassis' or frame rail extensions on a TVPs. Tub chassis' are allowed, but chassis must be covered by the body and follow all other scale rules per class guidelines. An example of a tub chassis vehicle is CC-01, DF01, Twin Hammers, etc.

• Hard body: full -8, cab -4
• Drop bed : -3
• Custom built hard body:
The body must meet this criteria:
Have 3-dimensional body panels that cover the chassis (not flat panels that bolt in between visible tube work).
Must resemble a known 1:1 body.
Must be hand formed and fabricated from metal or other rigid material.
Full body -4, Cab -2 (in addition to hard body points)
• Rigid flat metal/plastic body panels -1

• Leaf Springs (Must support vehicles weight, No external shock springs.): -3 ea. / -7 both

Haha, more filled in the gaps where there could be argument.....
Cheers for that, looks like the Hilux should be good for another season with almost no changes then......

I assume that we will continue with 100% scale points deducted for the day and not the 50% per section stated?

Hey folks Can you help me out please? I think My new truck is a class one but just wanted to clarify ready for the next meet! It's a cc01 with 1.55 tyres, since the pic I've added a windscreen, it still doesn't currently have an interior but should do during this next week. See the pic below!

Ah! looks like it might be a class 2? I just measured the tyre and it's only 97mm, but the text on the tyre says 3.75x1.45-1.9"... I assume the 1.9 at the end makes it a class 2? I always struggle with tyre sizes on real cars, looks like it's the same on scale ones too!
