Default December 2017 Turkey Run Leith Hill

Saturday December 30th 2017

We chose the Saturday as might be easier than the Sunday which New Years Eve.

So back to Leith Hill for Trail run and possible a trip to quarry

Addlestone has Bikes that weekend and Oxshott will be rammed with grumpy dog walkers.

Meet 9:30 for 10.00 in the car park, the group can then set off.

We can either walk to Quarry and use it as the days base, maybe layout a few gentle sections and trail drive from there,
or trail drive from car park out across the area one truck with backpacks and batteries.
What ever the group fancies,

Drop you name down if you are coming and any ideas for the day,

If we want multiple things: suzukies, trucks and hill climbs. for example, then it may be better to use quarry as base.
Also anyone fancy a trail drive a bit later in the day when we start to lose the light ?

I'm in. Tail drive appealing because it's warmer when you're moving. The low light thing sounds good to me too

I'm in, I don't mind doing either but would go more towards a trail drive.

Default Winter fun day

I'd wish there would be winter fun day with some snow for RC trails,

but still accesible for us with normal 2wd cars on summer tires.

I keep watching this all over and dreamin

I'll be there, probably more up for trail runs and a low light run, I'll bring a couple of different trucks so can also do a play around.

Bringing my CC-01 Bronco. These words stike fear into the timid heart of Mark the Majuscular, for he knows he faces eternal humiliation in his certain and ultimate defeat at the skilled hands of Mike the Magnificent!

Just in case anyone else is up for an awesome super high-speed style rally race on the flat ground with Tamiya trucks/cars/buggies. I'll bring some crude markers we could form a track with.

Broke my rake at Marlow so won't be bringing one of those.

Awesome. We'll have to make another plan for track markers - or we could just race around that pile of rocks in the middle. My markers are packed away in a box already.
