Here is my Sons Playmobil 5135 Pirate Ship, which I’ve recently converted to RC

Nice! I love Playmobil, almost as much as Lego.
You ought to rig up a bread crumbs dropper on it and see if you can get a duck parade going lol

Playmobil RC boat number 2 - Blackbeard’s Pirate Ship 🏴*☠️



















This boat doesn’t have as deep a draught as the first, so not as much weight is required, in fact the original weight is adequate, with just a littl extra close to the prow to level it up. With both the boats I wanted them to sit flat on the table so they could be played with if required, the rudder mounts low so it had to be cut down to accomadte the depth of the hull, also the prop is lower down on this one. Because it is lighter, it has more of a ‘twitchy’ sort of feel to steering it is also more susceptible to the wind which makes it pitch more. But it is also a little faster than the first

I haven't posted on this forum in a looong time. That's a cool conversion and looks well done. I have the Playmobil Cargo ship and thought about purchasing the Playmobil controller. But it has been discontinued and I've read the reviews were petty spotty. Besides, what's the fun in that anyway, might as well do what you did.
I saw a conversion on youtube by "grandadisaoldman". I may go with just a single 385 with a 30 - 35mm prop.
