Have to be honest I'm really not keen on black, it may look ok in the flesh but most of the time black trucks end up just looking like a blob of black as you can never make out any of the subtle detail which makes a truck grab you, simple things like shut lines.

2nd axis working now, ran a program with a pen for the tool and it came out fine...lots of playing to do tomorrow 8)

First cut.....well a paper cut

I reduced the size of the mount by 50%, put a spring loaded pen in the chuck and off we went

My music taste is AWSOME ;p

Lots of reading to do over the next couple of days, things that didn't seem important like how to match the origin of the part with the origin on the machine suddenly become rather important 8)

Had a very near miss earlier, so had to put a make shift emergency stop on and a Y+limit switch so it doesn't smash itself up.

Going to draw up the Z mount tomorrow as well and try to get that drawing right, then if the gods are smiling I may try to cut a little metal over the weekend....we'll see.
