cant wait till i get my 65t motor did all my battery packs just walking down suppose i should cycle them aswell. Oh and get some new wheels that the tyre might actually stick to lol.

Nice morning chaps cold sorry I bailed early it wasnt as wet as I thought so I come home to get a bit more done in the garden building a shed/garage. When its done I should be able to get some more competitive models for the rougher stuff than my old truck aswell as somwhere to build up the series 1 V8 hybrid.

hey simon,
If you ever wanna go out greenlaning 1:1 shout there is all kinds of laws closures TRO's and stuff but I know lots in the area. your bfg's are perfect for greenlaning too. If you want more fun you can go to Whaddon but go with somone and make sure you have rated recovery points. My neices drive my landy and spitfiremk1uk's discovery at whaddon great for driver training and a bit of fun. The youngest neice is 12 and she is learning well and taking part offroad driving at comps in a mini rollcaged tractor. The other 2 15 and 17 tale part in comps in our motors and hold their own. Check out youtube search for spitfiremk1uk and the girls are on there driving at whaddon no rules no insurance drive where you want at whatever speed you want just don't hurt yourself.

Next competition is April 2nd to the 4th weekender comp safari (offroad racing), ccv (extreme offroad certified roll cages), rtv (road going LR's), tyro (unlicensed drivers/noobies non damaging) JTV under 14's in a mini tractor more competitive than all the others, the parents are funny to watch. I usually end up running JTV as my landy is banned too many mods. All that said if i get my axle swap done then ill leave the rear locker out and be legal to take part in RTV pending axle swap and time.
If your interested check out www.anglianlrc.com land rovers only im afraid.

STdemoniac,
Cool pics,

If I bust my backside to finnish this shed/garage I can try and build somthing decent that can do more than trundle around. I have a kamtec bodyshell but I think its too top heavy for what we do so may have to look at the vac formed ones.

i'll have a look at that yeah. i forgot to tell you earlier, i've travelled the world in my home built overland camper 110 tdi converted to 4 speed auto so i could keep 1 hand on the stella can and not keep frying weak manual boxes. mind you she did weigh 2.7 ton and with an allard hybrid turbo and intercooler with the pump turned up. it was pushing 170bhp. would sit in the outside lane at 95mph all day. me and 8 mates all had similar trucks, shipped them in containers to iceland 4 years ago flew out picked them up from the docks and went large on the glaciers for 3 weeks. 2 of my best mates run lany conversion shops so if you need bits give me a shout.. got sick of repairing them in the end so got the land cruiser.. should of got 1 years ago. i'll bring pics of it next time
